Do I have to get more than one estimate?
There is no law that requires you to get more than one estimate. If you do, please compare them to make sure that they are thorough and complete --- the cheapest may not be the best choice. We do recommend getting an estimate from your repair shop before your insurance inspection. We are ready and able to help you with repairs that will be handled through an insurance company or you or that need to fit within a set budget.

Will you use original manufacturer's (OEM) parts on my vehicle?
Most insurance policies do not promise to repair your damaged vehicle with OEM parts. They only promise to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition. We prefer  to use OEM parts and will work with your insurance company to have them included in your estimate and repairs whenever possible.

Will the paint you use match my original color?
We use state of the art computerized paint matching technology to match your existing paint color. From there, we use our 65 plus years of experience to tint and blend that color, if needed,  to more completely match any fading or age that may appear in your existing color. 

Who will perform the repairs to my vehicle?
All of our auto body repairs and painting is done by the owners, Todd, Steven and Kenny.

Can you repair my vehicle if my insurance company tries to "steer" me to
another shop?
Yes! N.J. regulations mandate that you have the right to choose the repair shop that you want to work with. You should work with a shop that you know, you trust, and that will do the best job for you. We work with all insurance companies.

Do you offer rental vehicles?
We can work with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car less than 1 mile from our shop to set you up with a rental that can be billed directly to your insurance company or credit card. In most cases they will pick-up or drop-off directly to our shop.
